Use the following three types of forms to design a course:
Course Builder Form – Prompts the course designer to:
• Define a course, its class sessions and register, instructors for each class
• Select or write all course items that learners need to start the course
• Organize the overall course structure by assembling the “weeks” or units of instruction within a course
• Select or write the course close material

Week Builder Form – Prompts users to add instructional activities to the course and collect all the needed information to create a week or unit of instruction.
Test Builder Form – Collects all information to create a number of different types of test items (e.g. Multiple Choice, True False, etc...)
