Once the course is online, a You University representative will set up a meeting with the course designer to assess the course. These reviews occur online in virtual meetings so, no matter where participants are, everyone who needs to can see and review the course together.

• The course designer and a You University representative to identify issues in the course.
• The course designer to make sure the course meets his or her expectations.
• A You University representative to make recommendations to improve the course based on his or her instructional design experience.

Based on the outcome of the reviews, You University changes the course to fix any issues and make any improvements*.
